Service Delivery - Our service delivery is flexible enough to recognise that “one size doesn’t fit all” and we understand that true service can be anything from advice to a cash settlement or full reinstatement. When it comes to defending your client against Liability Claims you can be sure of a robust but fair approach. Where defendable Claims are defended and Claims to settle are paid quickly in order to minimise costs spend.
Proactivity - Many Companies will tell you they are pro-active but anyone can do things quickly. At Fusion we recognise that true pro activity is invariably a combination of doing the simple things quickly but thoroughly and professionally. We understand that your client’s have businesses to run and that their time is valuable. Wherever possible we favour the early gathering of information via one visit so that we can make quick decisions.
Team Approach - At Fusion we look to build relationships based on trust and which encompass the Insured, you as Brokers, ourselves and our Service Providers (Loss Adjusters, Solicitors, Barristers, Forensic Scientists, Engineers, Salvage/Disaster Recovery Specialists, Rehabilitation experts, Surveillance, Accountants etc) to ensure the best possible outcome. We are not call centres and from first notification you will find us easy to deal with and technically excellent. You have access to people empowered to make decisions and who have experience in dealing with Claims up to and including the most catastrophic events.
Settlement Focus - At every stage of the process we will ask ourselves what is it we need to settle the Claim now? We will look to shorten the Claim lifecycle across all accounts which brings about benefit to your client’s by way of more accurate Claims experiences which allows precise premium assessment.
What else do we do?
• We put in place bespoke handling agreements to include nominated Claims handlers, adjusters and solicitors as necessary.
• We provide technical training for you and/or policyholders.
• We are happy to arrange for senior staff members to meet your policyholders either pre or post cover to discuss their specific needs and tailor make a Claims process to suit you and your client.
